You will always be assessed by a qualified physiotherapist or sports therapist depending on the service you require. Our physiotherapists are all registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Health and Care Professions Council and our sports therapists are registered with the Society of Sports Therapists . Our physiotherapists will treat you in line with the CSP's code of practice. After examination, the clinician will explain her/his assessment of the presenting concerns and propose treatment if appropriate, explaining what is involved, including any risks. You may decline any of the treatments proposed without prejudice. Your consultation and treatment will usually be on a one-to-one basis (unless otherwise agreed) and in the privacy of the treatment room or in a chosen domiciliary setting. Your appointment/s will be scheduled according to your needs and to the best of our ability. Anyone may book an appointment. This can be done online, via email or by telephone. 

Fees for Asssement & Treatment

Physiotherapy Initial Assessment and Treatment (60 minutes): £75.00 

Physiotherapy Follow Up Consultation and Treatment (45 minutes): £65.00

Sports Therapy Initial Assessment and Treatment (60 minutes): £55.00

Sports Therapy Follow Up Consultation and Treatment (60 minutes): £45.00 

121 Clinical Pilates / Reformer Session (45minutes): £45.00

Cancellation Policy 

The Rehab Loft (RS Physiotherapy Ltd) requires 24-hours’ notice of any cancellation. If you need to cancel / rearrange any appointments, please give us 24hrs notice. The ways you can contact us to advise us of a cancellation are by telephone (01666 311498) or by email (info@therehab-loft.com). Out of normal working hours there is an answerphone for you to leave a message. We are aware that due to the nature of our service some individuals will have to cancel with short notice, however we must treat all clients the same and with less than 24 hours’ notice we are unlikely to fill that appointment slot. Therefore, failure to provide 24-hours’ notice of a cancellation for any reason will incur a cancellation charge which is the full cost of consultation charges at our clinic or domiciliary visits.

Clinic Appointments

If a client is more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, it will be at the discretion of the therapist if they can be treated or not.

Payment Terms 

Payment for initial consultations for private paying individuals must be made at the time of booking. This may be done online or by phone. When booking a follow up appointment online, private paying individuals will be asked to pay at the time of the booking. Payment for all other treatments is required at time of treatment or within 7 days of the invoice date. Payment methods are shown on our invoice. We can only accept payment via card or bank transfer.

Insurance & Regulation

We confirm that The Rehab Loft (RS Physiotherapy Ltd) hold the appropriate professional indemnity insurance in respect of your treatment. We confirm that our physiotherapists are all registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP).

GDPR

We will treat all information, facts, matters, documents and all other materials of a confidential nature which we receive or create as a result of your treatment as confidential. All written, audio, visual and video records will be stored securely. Information shared within the treatment sessions will be treated with the strictest of confidence and at no time will this information be shared with any third parties without your consent. 

Consent

Clients are required to consent to assessment and treatment. They are expected to respect the clinician during the treatment sessions. Aggressive and/or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. Additional permission will be required for audio / video recording and for the circulation of reports to other relevant professionals.

Withdrawel 

You are free to withdraw from therapy at any time without stating a reason provided that 24hrs notice is given for any booked appointments.

Termination

The Rehab Loft (RS Physiotherapy Ltd) reserves the right to terminate therapy at any time.
