Rhianon Stidever
MSc MCSP HCPC
Chartered Physiotherapist
I am a qualified Physiotherapist with 14 years of experience in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy and a background in sports science, sports coaching, fitness and personal training. I am registered with the CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) and the HCPC (The Health and Care Professions Council). I originally gained a Sports Science degree from Bangor University in 2008, followed by a masters in Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2010. I then specialised further by completing an additional masters in Sports and Exercise Medicine from the University of Nottingham in 2017.
Over the years, I have worked in a variety of elite sport settings including professional football, university sport, superleague netball and events such as the Commonwealth Games. More recently, I have worked as an Associate Lecturer and Clinical Educator in Sports Rehabilitation at the University of West England. I have also got experience working in private practice and the NHS.
I specialise in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy with a keen interest in sports medicine, performance and rehabilitation, biomechanics, clinical Pilates and acupuncture.
I am a proud mum of 3 beautiful girls and I spend my spare time on a football field with my role as Head of Girls Football at Malmesbury Youth FC, and Head Coach at Malmesbury Victoria Women FC. I also run the Netball club at my daughters primary school.
I am passionate about improving the health, wellbeing and quality of life of those I work with. My main aim as a physiotherapist is to help patients from all backgrounds return to whatever they love to do to the best of their ability.

Chartered Physiotherapist
I am a qualified Physiotherapist with 7 years of experience in private practice musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. I am registered with the CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) and the HCPC (The Health and Care Professions Council).
I graduated with my Bachelors of Physiotherapy in 2016 from the University of Otago. I have also completed a Post-graduate Certificate in Rehabilitation which focused on Vocational Rehabilitation (supporting people in their return to work) and biomechanics.
I have seven years of experience in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy private practice treating a wide range of injuries and getting people back into their work, sports and activities.
I have experience treating all types of injuries whether sustained on the sports field, at work or anywhere else! I specialise in osteoarthritis management and foot/ankle and spine/pelvis injuries. I have a strong interest in biomechanics and holistic treatment- treating the whole body to get to the bottom of what’s going on.
I have been running Pilates mat classes and osteoarthritis group exercise classes for many years, as well as seeing clients for personal training (including individual reformer Pilates sessions), and massage therapy.
I am from Kerikeri New Zealand and moved to the UK in April 2024. I have enjoyed a career break, walking the French Camino in May 2024, and then working in the Lake District in a hospitality job while enjoying the hiking and cycling opportunities in the area.
My goal with all patients is to help them help themselves recover, rehabilitate, and improve, so they can return to what they love doing.
